All work, when discussed with the customer will be performed at the shop
hourly rate. We offer the fastest turn around time in the county and have
very limited floor space.
Please understand that mowers and other equipment not claimed within five
days after notification of work completion, especially during the months
of March through September, will be charged a $15.00 storage fee beginning
on the fifth day after notification of work completion and $5.00 per day
thereafter.
There is a $35.00 inspection/intake fee payable in cash for any equipment
pulled from the shop after a work order has been completed and before
work has begun. You may rest assured that our workmanship is of the highest
quality.
Any replaced parts that are returned to the customer for inspection purposes
must be asked for in advance.
Please understand that our average bill for labor and parts ranges between
$75 and $225.00 dollars. In order to maintain the fastest turn-around
time in the county, once your mower is on the lift and repairs are begun,
we are unable to call you, often waiting for a return call for approval
on unexpected parts needed to bring your mower up to specifications. However,
if the cost of repair exceeds the above estimate by 15% or approaches
2/3rds of the replacement value of your unit, in our estimation, due to
something unforeseen after the mower/equipment was inspected during intake,
we will notify you. This rarely happens but if you have any problem with
this policy, we will gladly recommend other shops who do quality work,
although, having much longer turn-around times -- 4 to 8 weeks during
the spring rush -- that may be able to provide you with a more specific
estimate of cost of repairs.
